Thank you for shopping with PulseWatch! Please review the details below to know what to expect once you place an order.

 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within **1–3 business days** (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and handed off for shipment.

 Shipping Time & Rates

We currently ship to addresses within the **United States** only.

Delivery times are estimates and begin **after** the order has been processed, not from the date the order was placed. Some items may ship directly from our fulfillment partners, so please allow extra time during high-demand periods (holidays, promotions, etc.).

 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the courier to update transit information.

 Delays

While we work hard to get your PulseWatch to you as quickly as possible, occasional delays can happen due to weather, customs processing, courier volume, or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to keep you updated if a significant delay occurs.

 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us atpulsewatch-online@outlook,com within 7 days of the expected delivery date, including your order number and photos of the damage (if applicable). We'll work with you to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund, per our Returns Policy.

 Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. PulseWatch is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
